The reactions of non-governmental organizations increase against Crimea’s joinRussiavia plebiscite held yesterday.
We, as IMKANDER, announce that Crimea’s joint to Russia is unacceptable.
In the announcement made by our principal office, the government was warned for the wave of the immigration fromCrimea. In his announcement on behalf of IMKANDER Murat Özer said: “The life safety of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians rejecting the occupations are in danger. Our Crimean brothers contacted to our association since the siege of Crimea by Russian soldiers and asked to help their families in case they immigrate. We request the government and our people to be sensitive against new immigration wave likely from Crimea destined to our country.”
Pointing out the historical, religious and ethnic ties between Turkey, and Crimea and unclouded the request to raise objection to the decision, the announcement included: All countries of the world, Muslim words as brothers of Crimean Tatars and in particular Republic of Turkey should object and condemn the illegal decision.”

During the dictatorship of Vladimir Putin,Russian Federationresumes her occupational and expansionist policies adopted inSoviet Unionera. Occupation of Crimea has been a fait comply by the Russia, as it was the case the occupation of totality of Northern Caucasia, Tataristan, Bashkortostan and regions where Muslim Turkish people live.
The occupation armies didn’t hesitate to murder ten thousands Muslim Crimean, who settled in Crimea instead of the Crimean Tatars deported upon the order of Stalin, via an operation conducted in a night by the death railway cars in 1944 as was the case for Caucasian Muslims. Today, the decision adopted for Crimea to joinRussiavia pious elections conducted with the support ofRussia, where Russian people enjoy the majority of the population as a result of resettlement process initiated under the barrels of the occupation armies inCrimea70 years ago.
Being the part of Ottoman State for centuries after 1475, Crimea, together with Akmescid (Simferepol), capital city of Bahchesaray of Crimea Khanate is the soils of Muslim Turks and cannot be left to the Russian oppression. The life safety of

300 Caucasian people in the status of immigrant as result of seizure of their lands by theRussia. The necessary measures should be observed to prevent similar migration in Crimea, the border neighbor of Caucasia. Furthermore, possible confrontation in Crimea may give rise to turmoil in the region, considering the ongoing confrontation already in progress inCaucasia.
We have religious, ethnic, geographical, historical and political ties withCrimeathat cannot be left all alone. All countries of the world, Muslim words as brothers of Crimean Tatars and in particularRepublicofTurkeyshould object and condemn the illegal decision that will leave Crimean Tatars all alone against deportation and assimilation once again.
