School age children of Caucasian immigrant families who could not get residence permit cannot register to schools and face serious problems .
As we experience in each year, we faced residence problems with many Caucasian immigrants (most of which are Chechenian) this year too. many of them were started to be permitted to reside last month by permission of your ministry. Following are information regarding those who applied for extension but not get a positive response and those arrived soon and will apply for residence permit. These people who try to survive in refugee camps in uncertainty for a period more than 10 years applied to our association to solve residence and work permission.
These families who are legally refugees but not acknowledges as refugee in reality would like to benefit rights granted by Geneva Convention signed by Turkey in 1951.
Identity and passport information of aggrieved immigrant brothers and sisters who face serious security problems as well as economical and legal problems are as follows. We hereby request residence permit carrying out required actions.
