Children Folk Dances Group" and Deputy Minister of Culture Ibrahim Zugirayev of Puppet Ramazan Kadirov Government came to Turkey for April 23rd Children festival were invited to Sivas by Sivas Municipality and Caucasian - Chechenian Culture Association after their show in Istanbul.
Chechenian Deputy Minister of Culture Ibrahim Zugirayev, Sivas Governor Ali Kolat, Sivas Mayor Doğan Ürgüp, J&D party Provincial head Burhanettin Kuru and citizens watched dance show in September 4th Sports Hall.
Mehmet Bulut Deputy Chairman of Sivas Caucasia Chechenian Culture and Solidarity Association presented a plate to Chechenian Deputy Minister of Culture Ibrahim Zugirayev to transmit to Puppet president Ramazan Kadirov at the end of show.
Accordingly Grozny Mayor Muslim Huciyev who threatened families with death who participated to resistance last year gave presents to Sivas Mayor.
Sivas Mayor Doğan Ürgüp stated that they would like to visit Chechnya in fall season had a souvenir photo taken together with the representatives of collaborationist government.

Our board deemed suitable to make following declaration related to this issue.
While resistance is still going on in Caucasia, we regretfully watch domestic collaborationists with conservative appearance using Islamic rituals to legalize Puppet Kadirov Government in Turkey.
Distresses of the relatives of resistants trying to survive in camps and tenants in crowded homes wince there is no vacant in Camps are increasing due to real political applications.
While aggrieved people of resistance in Caucasia which was removed from agenda of conservative people are trying to survive; such acts of organizations and institutions which become an instrument consciously or unconsciously to such organizations arranged by Russian lobby increases pains suffered by our families.
We consider such acts of organizations and institutions establishing warm relationship with murderer Kadirov Government which is not legal before people and above which apply torture to relatives of mujahedeen, burned homes and gardens of the resistants, raped wives as spitting on the soul of fight by Shamil, Dudaev, Mashadov, Hattab, Basaev and many shaheed to value the justice.
We expect an apology from Sivas Municipality, governorship, J&D Party provincial head smeared with such dirty game and Sivas Caucasian Chechenian Culture Association which unwary sending gifts to Kadirov traitor collaborationist on behalf of hundreds of women and children who lost their spouse, son and father and of whom spouse, son and father are still in resistance and hope they would act careful not to be deceived such plays of traitor lobbies.
We hereby tell any conservative (!) organizations, institutions, NGO, society and opinion leaders and folkloric Caucasian Chechenian associations which can only make organizations for the regions permitted by current authority in their agenda and organize symposium, conference, campaign and welfare activity for said regions and forgot what happens in Caucasia "Being silent against cruelty and unjust treatment is to share cruelty and unjust treatment.
