A home was hired for Uzueva family who were set loose at the end of efforts of IMKANDER in the past few days who were retained under arrest for 6 months, household goods are purchased and official proceedings are assisted.
Chechen mother and her children are free now who suffered distress for the duration of 6 months. A small home was hired and goods are supplied in Başakşehir thanks to efforts of Imkander.
Imkander presented an objection petition on behalf of the family whose asylum application was rejected. The family waits for response from the ministry.
Chechen mother Luiza Uzueva who suffered hard days with her 4 children for the last 6 months said that "I am happy, I have my home to knock on the door now and I am together with my children. And added, I appreciate particularly Imkander, may god be pleased of them ".
Now a penalty of residence fee to the family
The family was applied a residence penalty fee who are living in tenant provided by Imkander. Police department requesting TRL 3.200 of residence penalty expressed this application as "They were applied this fee for the duration they stayed here without residence permit ". However the family was retained under arrest in spite of their own will.
IMKANDER Applied to governorship for the family which cannot pay said residence fee and asked for poverty research. They could be taken into custody if this fee is not paid.
I would like to have a computer
Asthma patient Salah would like to have a computer. Salah who said that he/she missed to play with ball for the duration of custody and to sleep in a silent environment added “I have bad memories in Kumkapı; I don‘t want to go back there. We were crying for a playground everyday from behind of iron bars. They took us for 5 minutes to car park once in every 2-3 days only. And added that 5 minutes were ending suddenly I could not play there. There are many playgrounds in Başakşehir now and I am playing until sunset. I want Turkish government let us stay here ".
Abu Bekr said "I missed to eat meal at most, we had difficulties related to meals under custody and we could not eat. We were not able to play. We have a home right now that as it may be temporary, I am happy now".
Imkander Chairperson Nuray Canan Bezirgan made a statement on the subject "We consulted our brothers and sisters and hired a tenant immediately and collected household goods sending bulk sms messages to our members. Some brought refrigerator, chairs and carpets. Thank Allah we settled the family for now. It is pleasing that children are taken away from that environment in Kumkapı. We will make a statement on the negative issued in foreigners‘ branch in Kumkapı. I hope mothers with children could be taken in a separate place. The family needs small things now such as wardrobe, drawer. Otherwise we are looking for a sponsor to pay their home rent and bills. Children need computer and bicycle. Furthermore wee need foodstuff supply too. There are some other families too as well as this family we take care. As I mentioned we have difficulties on foodstuff and home rentals.“
7 Widows and 15 Orphans are Staying in a Home (That's a shame of all)

Nuray Bezirgan continued her speech: “We had a home hired 3 months before. We hired for widows of shaheeds. There are 7 widows and 15 orphans for now in said home. If we could find a sponsor we will divide families into a second home. We would like to open a separate home for each of shaheed families but our possibilities are very limited and unfortunately few people knows these Suffering people of Caucasia. We are prevented to inform people. We are trying to inform people based on our power. We want at least problem of electric supply in Yalova camp to be solved. You know they do not have electric for 2 years. Let a playground to be founded there and one of our primary problems is that many shaheed families have to live in a home. We pay special attention to shaheed families who are resigned us by Allah as an association. I am addressing to beneficent who are aware of the subject "we don‘t need to look far away; our immigrant brothers and sisters are near us looking into our eyes. They are here"
