There is no addressee to receive asylum petition

There is no authority to apply for asylum petition of our brother who fell sick and taken to the Bakırköy State Hospital since he was kept in the Airport for 3 days.

There is no addressee to receive asylum petition

We recorded whet we encountered in Bakırköy State Hospital last night regarding the subject and sent a facsimile transmission to the ministry.

Murat Özer Imkander Chairman commented on the attitude of Police in the hospital said “asylum petition of our patient was remained in our hand who does not know even a single Turkish word and not permitted to see his sister.“

We are investigating why asylum petition of Mikail Bogatyrev was not accepted who is still kept under observation in emergency department of Bakirköy State Hospital.
