Aydamirov’s family waits their fathers…
Sir Fredrik Reinfeldt,
Prime Minister of Sweden
Chechnya which has declared its independence in 1991 was invaded by Russia Federation in 1994. The occupation initiated by 400 thousand Russian soldiers and Russia included Chechnya to its lands by invasion after the collapse of USSR. But the resistance against Russia continued since then. During the clashes which have been continuing until now Russian army have killed 200 thousand innocent civilians including 40 thousand children. Today there are 250 thousand Caucasian in different countries mainly European.
Sweden is responsible with the security of the people immigrated to its authorities and living inside its souls because of human rights violations. This right is secured by the Geneva Convention signed in 1951 to which Sweden has a sign on. Here is the 33rd article of the convention: No Contracting State shall expel or return (“refouler”) a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
This rule prevents any country to give the refugees to any country which has a possibility to threat their freedom. Its clear that Russia has not a good history in human rights and this can be understood from the murders of Anna Stepanovna Politkovskaya the journalist and Human Rights Activist and Natalya Khusainovna Estemirova working on behalf of Memorial Human Right Organization. There are obvious proofs that Russia is not only behind the murders in its lands but also responsible and behind the murders in different countries. Recently some proofs found about the Russian Secret Service's interference in the murders of 3 Chechen immigrants in Turkey in 16.09.2011.
Its clear that the state that repatriate a person will be responsible for any negative consequences related to the refugee if he/she is repatriated to a country which is known to be behind the killings and assassinations in the other countries. We repeat our call to the Sweden government to consider the matter seriously and to stop the repatriation process of AYNDI AYDAMIROV.
