A criminal complaint was filed on felonies of defamation and cursing and threatening sent via e-mail over website of our association to Istanbul faith Public Prosecution Office.
Murat Özer Imkander Chairman and Ömer E. Bezirgan Vice Chairman filed a complaint on felonies of defamation and cursing and threatening sent via e-mail over website of the association recently.
Özer mentioned that some people and societies feel uncomfortable on activities of the association recently increased and continued his explanation:
“Russia and its collaborationists feeling discomfort on independence request of Northern Caucasia are attacking our association with any kind of lie, defamation and curses. Such people and societies who do not worth to mention against principles and ideals we believe and pride to defense increased their attacks by defamation and threatening using nicknames. This situation exposes that they are impotent and deplorable and on the other hand reminded us importance and superiority of the works we conduct. It is obvious that our association which look after spouses and orphans of shaheed and try to provide requirements thereof bothers those interest groups and self seeking people considering destruction as a way of earnings. Imkander will continue its way fearlessly disregarding such actions.“
Ömer E. Bezirgan submitted criminal complaint to prosecution office and emphasized that IP numbers of people realizing defamation and threatening are determined and some of those people transmitted such messages from Russian Federation, Grozny and Kazan and some from Turkey and that criminals would be revealed as soon as possible.
