The acknowledgement letter sent to İlhamAliyev,Azerbaijan President, on account of backing İMKANDER in casting unfavorable vote against Russian’s request to UN Security Council for imposing ban on İMKANDER’s operations.
Murat Özer, President of İMKANDER and Ömer Bezirgan, Vice President of İMKANDER, submitted the acknowledgement letter to Hasan Sultanoğlu Zeynalov, Chief Consulate of Azerbaijan.
During the negotiation on account of the acknowledgement, Murat Özer underlined the positive attitude adopted by Azerbaijan Government on behalf of Caucasian immigrants,Turkeyand İMKANDER during International Caucasian Conference held in 2012 conducted under reaction of theRussiaand included: “You have raised your voice against the drama of Caucasian people caused by theRussia. Mention must be made on , theRussiabacking Armenian gangs against our Azeri brothers during Armenian occupation of Karabakh. We never forget that you are on our side under such difficult times.”
Hasan Sultanoğlu Zeynalov, Chief Consulate of Azerbaijan, pointed out that Azerbaijan State was always on the side of her brothers. He continued: “We have faced the opposition of theRussia with our attitude adopted during UN Security Council. Nevertheless, this is something that suits to an act of brothership. No need for acknowledgement between the brothers.”
During the negotiations, Murat Özer submitted a gift to Hasan Zeynalov, characterized by “life tree” on it, and express his wish for the ever-lasting brothership of two people.
İMKANDER’s acknowledgement letter included following statements: “You didn’t left our orphans out of spirit by declining the initiative taken by the Russian Federationat United Nations in regard to preventing the operations of our associations in effort to give our helping hand. Your grateful attitude is above all appreciation. We state our gratitude to brother AzerbaijanStatein your personality for your attitude on behalf of “human right”, “freedom” and “civil society” by opposing the Russian attitude against us.
