Islamic Organizations called protest to be take place in front of Kumkapı Foreigners Branch on March 24, Friday at 13:30 p.m. on account of the deportation of three refugees, one was Kazakh (Samet Emirhanov) and other two Azeris (İslam Ganiyev and Fuzuli, Muharremov) by Turkey. The call emphasized that keeping silent is a cruelty where while the refugees were kept under severe conditions in Kumkapı Foreigners before deporting to their countries by force Branch without responding the request of these peoples from Supreme Commissar of United Nations and disregarding their rights (non recoulement, deportation to a third country, observing 15-day additional time, right to refer to an attorney.
An action will me conducted in Kumkapı also by participation of Caucasian refugees who are faced with the same risk exposed by Caucasian Chechenian refugees.

DON’T LET KUMKAPI BE A GUANTANAMO!
Turkey deported three refugees, one was Kazakh (Samet Emirhanov) and other two Azeris (İslam Ganiyev and Fuzuli, Muharremov) even if it is quite clear that they are at the risk of torture and death. This was without waiting the conclusion of the proceedings upon application of our brothers to Supreme Commissar of United Nations who left their countries since they were oppressed, let alone the change they are given to be deported to a third country.
We know that there are so many refugees kept in Kumkapı Foreigners Branch to be deported in their countries. Such an inhuman and cruel applications by disregarding the provisions of the international treaties as well as the principles of universal human rights should immediately be ended and such acute event encountered in last week shouldn't be recurred.
The refugees sheltered in our county since they were oppressed and abused in their countries are known that they are subject to unacceptable treatment disregarding human rights. Kumkapı Foreigners Branch is the focus of the abuse complaints. It eventually deserves to be name after “small Guantanamo”. Innumerable women and men brothers of ours whose only guilt is nothing but to escape from the cruelty in their countries and seek shelter in Turkey are kept in extremely filthy, insane and incompatible with human dignity, terrified by deportation to their countries by force.
In particular we consider it as great torture and shame to keep quite and indifferent against the ill-treatment the refugees are deserved, terrified by deportation to their countries by force. We will be waiting anyone to take part in the massive protest action organized in front of Kumkapı Foreigners Branch in order to invite the public media feel sorry about all what are happening and the government to observe accountability to act immediately.
